An enraged Midtown restaurant customer went crazy on customers and workers speaking Spanish, threatening to call Immigration and Customs Enforcement to have them removed from the country.
The clip started with the man screaming, “Every person I listen to — he spoke Spanish, he spoke it, she’s speaking it — it’s America!”
“My guess is they’re not documented, so my next call is to ICE to have each one of them kicked out of my country!” he screamed at a hapless worker. “If they have the balls to come here and live off of my money — I pay for their welfare, I pay for their ability to be here — the least they can do is speak English.”
“If you intend on running a place in Midtown Manhattan, the staff should be speaking English, not Spanish!”
The frightening incident happened in the Fresh Kitchen on Madison Avenue near East 39th Street around noon, according to Edward Suazo, whose wife shot the video when she and her friend became the target of the man’s ignorance.
Suazo said the two women were ordering lunch, and speaking Spanish with a worker helping them when the creep butted in.
“Honey, I’m calling ICE,” the man said as he whipped out his own phone and lunged closer to the camera.
The nitwit finally resorts to telling the woman, “Maybe you shouldn’t eat that sandwich today!” as he storms off toward the door.
Thankfully he left after his outburst!
