From Best Selling Author to Chef, Ayesha Curry can now add ‘Cover Girl’ to her resume.
According to reports, the wife of basketball star Stephen Curry is now the new face for Cover Girl.
Ayesha joins the list of women of color for the brand including Queen Latifah, Janelle Monae and Issa Rae.
The announcement comes one week after Issa Rae announced that she was an added face to represent the line.
Ayesha expressed her excitement to partner with the brand.
“My philosophy is all about seeking joy and creating balance in life,” Ayesha stated in a press release. “I’ve shared a lot about how I do this with food, family and faith, and now, through my partnership with Covergirl, I want to share how makeup helps create those moments of happiness, confidence and self-expression.”
The product set to be featured in the line made popular by the beautiful entrepreneur and mother, is the Peacock Flare Mascara. The new lash product promises drama and glamour with as little application as possible.
