Beat teased snippets from a new interview with Beyoncé today and it’s definitely interesting. After showcasing the buzz-worthy cover last week, the magazine revealed that Bey’s cover story will appear in the magazine’s fall issue. Apparently, (according to the conversation she had with the very enthusiastic staff at BEAT) the star likes to sing Kim Burrell’s “Holy Ghost” in the shower, and Fetty Wap’s “Jugg” was the last song that got stuck in her head. If she were to dress up as her past self for Halloween, she would channel her look from the “Destiny’s Child Survivor era.”
Glad we got that covered.
Beyoncé also provided a dose of inspiration. When Beat asked the singer what fear tastes like, she turned the question on its head. “Success,” she replied. “I have accomplished nothing without a little taste of fear in my mouth.”
Beat unveiled a series of photos from the story as well. Check those out below.
