Bobby Brown Hits TV One With $1 Million Lawsuit Over Upcoming Bobbi Kristina Biopic

Bobby Brown has filed a lawsuit against TV One over the upcoming biopic of his daughter. Bobbi Kristina.

As TV One gears up for its release of its biopic on the life of Bobbi Kristina, singer and father, Bobby Brown is far from happy with the film. In fact, Brown has filed a $1 million lawsuit along with the hope of blocking the film’s October 8th release.

According to The Blast, Brown claims that he never gave the network permission to move forward with the project. Moreover, he also states that the film is filled with with lies and that the film contains scenes that portray him as being abusive to his ex-wife, Whitney Houston. In addition to the scenes of domestic violence, he also claims that he is portrayed as not loving Bobbi Kristina.

TV One’s upcoming biopic on the life of Bobbi Kristina

Furthermore, Brown’s lawsuit also claims that producers used information that was obtained while working on his 2004 reality show,”Being Bobby Brown.” He stated in the lawsuit that he did not give permission for the information to be used in the upcoming biopic.

Bobby Brown is suing for libel and slander.
