A botched patient wants even more fat added to her butt after her previous work went “flat”.
31-year-old Patricia Washington had already undergone a Brazilian butt lift prior to her appearance on “Botched”, But Patricia has two personas, and one needs more work done. Patricia is a steel mill worker by day, and Supa Woman, her after-work identity by night.
“Today you have met Supa Woman,” Washington tells doctors Terry Dubrow and Paul Nassif in this exclusive clip from Tuesday’s episode of Botched. “Patricia is the steel worker. Supa Woman is who I transform into.”
One doctor was impressed with her double life.
“Patricia is a very strange dichotomy,” Dr. Dubrow says. “I don’t really understand it, but I’ll be honest with you — it is so cool.”
But Supa Woman wants nothing more than to have her butt pumped up with more fat.
“The thing that’s the most prominent is the buttock area,” Dr. Dubrow says during her evaluation. “So you had liposuction and fat grafting into the buttock area, a Brazilian butt lift.”
Washington revealed that she had over two injections with a total of 2,100 cc’s in each butt cheek. But she wants her butt shape to be more rounded.
“I’m happy with the size, but the shape — it kind of took on a flat kind of surface on it,” Washington said.
Drs. Dubrow and Nassif and Washington’s friend think she doesn’t need any more fat added to her butt.
“I don’t think she needs more fat. I think she’s beautiful the way that she is,” her friend says.
Dr. Dubrow, however, proceeds to take Washington into an exam room to discuss her options.
“In order to figure out whether it’s a good idea to do that or not, why don’t we go in the exam room and take a careful look and figure out what your options might be,” he says.
