Drake does not play when it comes to businesses with poor customer service, especially if the poor customer service is due to racial profiling!
Drizzy was upset over the weekend during the Coachella festivities in California after he claims an exclusive country club where he stayed racially profiles its customers.
Drake had made a guest appearance with Future at the annual music festival on Saturday night, and on Sunday, the Toronto native took to social media to let his 35 million followers know that the staff at The Madison Club were racial profilers, calling the establishment,
“the most offensive place I have ever stayed at in my life.”
Drake accused the hotel staff of picking and choosing who they’re willing to accommodate based on racial profiling.
Drake’s original post had generated nearly 5,000 comments before he deleted it.
“We are trying to get this issue fixed as soon as possible. Customer satisfaction is our number one priority and for you to experience such a thing is embarrassing for us.” Said one staff member in Drake’s comments.
The club went on to say, “We are very sorry for the inconvenience and we will be issuing out a formal apology to you and the public. We will also be investigating this as we do not tolerate racial discrimination.”
Safe to say Drizzy isn’t the one to provide poor customer service to.
