Tesla CEO Elon Musk is looking to recruit some candidates who want to work for the company’s artificial intelligence division.

CNBC reports Elon Musk announced on his Twitter page Sunday that the company is looking for employees and encouraged those who don’t have a college degree to work for him. He says working for the Artificial Intelligence Department does not require a specific degree:

“Join AI at Tesla! It reports directly to me, we meet/email/text almost every day. A PhD is definitely not required, I don’t care if you even graduated high school. My actions, not just words, show how critically I view (benign) AI”

Most Tesla vehicles have an autopilot feature and will require several software updates before it can fully drive on its own. He is also hosting a party at his home within the next four weeks.

“Tesla will hold a super fun AI party/hackathon at my house with the Tesla AI/autopilot team in about four weeks. Invitations going out soon.”
