More money more problems! Teen moguls Kendall and Kylie Jenner have landed in a little hot water this week. The sisters are being sued for trademark infringement stemming from their clothing line collaboration with retailer Pacsun. So just who exactly is trying to get their hands on some of those Kardashian coins? That would be Florida based brand Island Company who recently filed a suit with the U.S. District Court out of South Florida against the girls and Pac Sun. You see Island Company coined the shirt slogan “Quit your job; buy a ticket; get a tan; fall in love; and never return” which they trademarked back in 2010. Kendall and Kylie’s clothing line with Pacsun contains a tank top with the slogan “Run away; fall in love; never return”. Pacsun has removed the shirt from their website. Island Company is demanding that Pacsun and the Jenner’s permanently stop using their 2010 trademark slogan as well as pay damages and attorney fees. Welp! Were sure Kris is handling this right now- Peep the comparisons below.
