The champ has arrived in Beverly Hills. Floyd Mayweather bought a French modern-style mansion for over $25.5 million. His new home, which covers over half an acre, was built in 1992 and renovated by Nile Niami in 2015.
In true Mayweather style, the mansion boasts 15,006 sq ft in the main house, and includes a guesthouse, gym, 20-person theater, staff suite, and four-car garage.
The chandeliers, mirrored wall fireplaces, chef’s kitchen, family room, cocktail bar, and glass-enclosed wine cellar are sure to entertain the champ and his guests, as we all know Mayweather prefers to live in the lap of luxury.
Our favorite champ is sure to enjoy his new master suite, which features dual bathrooms and a private terrace overlooking the backyard. The rest of the house, with six bedrooms and nine bathrooms, are truly fit for The Money Team experience.
Mayweather paid an extra $500,000 for high-end furnishings in his new home on top of the $25.5 million sale price. The listing agent for the mansion was Drew Fenton of Hilton & Hyland, an affiliate of Christie’s International Real Estate.
Furthermore, Nichelle Robinson and Barbara Robinson represented Mayweather in purchasing the home. The champ also owns multiple properties in Las Vegas and Miami.
