Unfortunately, not all news is positive and this week Jussie Smollett was horrifically attacked in Chicago in an orchestrated racist and homophobic attack.
As we reported, the assailants placed a noose around Jussie’s neck and poured bleach over him. Jason adds that racism is still heavily prevalent and only black celebrities have really come out to support Jussie, and the whole world has not taken offense the way they would if it was an icon like Ellen Degeneres. #Socialites What do you think?
Another touchy subject is the topic of the Sundance documentary on Michael Jackson “Surviving Neverland.” This is another example of an attack on a black icon. The people coming forward have previously denied any wrongdoing by Michael and Jason believe it’s all bull**** and that Jackson should be allowed to Rest In Peace!
