While hosting their 2nd annual Hip-Hop and medical marijuana celebration, Hollywood Unlocked exclusively covered the fully-loaded 2017 High Life Music Festival at the National Orange Show Events Center in San Bernardino, CA.
Moreover, the fest fuses together the best in Hip-Hop with Southern California’s premier MMJ growers, breeders, edible chefs and extract artists.
Additionally, over the 2-day period, some of the greats and newcomers hit the stage like: Young Dolph; Twista; Young Jeezy; Yo Gotti; Waka Flocka; Tee Grizzley; Fat Joe; and more.
Furthermore, last year’s lineup included acts like: DMX; Nipsey Hussle; Too Short; Lil Debbie; Rick Ross; Bone Thugs N Harmony; DJ Who Kidd; E40; Chanel West Coast; and more.
In addition to the concerts and plentiful product showcases empowered by Brass Knuckles, the event hosted various competitions for growers to present their best: flower; concentrate; edibles; tinctures; topical; vape; THC grades; and more.
Also, located in their Prop 215 Medicated Area, patrons of age and with valid credentials were able to browse various MMJ vendors along with other trade-show activities surrounding the medically legal plant.
Moreover, Prop 215 (Proposition 215 or the Compassionate Use Act of 1996) is a California law legalizing the consumption of medical cannabis.
Yet, its passing comes despite safety and efficacy testing by the Food and Drug Administration.
Additionally, the proposition was approved and enacted on November 5, 1996.
Consequently, making California one of fourteen states to allow its medical uses.
