Jennifer Lopez Says She Considered Stripping Before Career Took Off
In a recent interview with W Magazine, Jennifer Lopez talked about what her life was like before fame. The 50-year-old actress admitted that she actually considered stripping early on in her life to earn extra money before her singing/dancing/acting career took off.

JLo explained,
“There was a moment in my life when my friends, who were also dancers, told me about making thousands of dollars at clubs in New Jersey. They said, ‘You won’t need to be topless.’ It sounded awfully good when I was broke and eating pizza every day, but I never did it,” she added.
Instead of hitting the pole, JLo continued to work even harder and eventually landed a spot on the ’90s sketch-comedy series “In Living Color.” Following that, she soon would land her big role in “Selena.”
JLo, who actually played a stripper in the movie “Hustlers” is now one of the biggest stars in the industry. Not only has she proved that her hard work has paid off, but Lopez has currently been nominated for a Golden Globe award for Best Supporting Actress in a motion picture!
