It looks like Kevin Hart has lost a loyal fan.
Jay Collins attended one of Kevin Hart’s concerts in Philadelphia as a VIP guest and expected to have a good time. But instead, his night turned into a huge disappointment. According to TMZ, Collins was beat up and cursed out by one of Kevin’s personal security guards, and is now suing Kevin.
The reason? Well, it’s still unclear what attracted Kevin’s guards to Collins. But whatever it is, he still didn’t feel it was necessary to get “aggressively approached and detained by stadium security,” Collins said in the lawsuit.
The suit claims stadium security took Collins over to Kevin’s personal security, and that’s when the assault happened. Collins says Kevin’s security was extremely aggressive. He jammed the taser into his face, neck and back, threw him to the ground and struck him in the head, kneed his rib cage, and ended off by calling him a “b***h, p***y, coward.”
Collin is now suing Kevin for more than $50k, saying that the comedian has to take responsibility for his team’s actions.
