Kim Kardashian West’s baby belly was on full display this week as she vacationed with her family in St. Barths. The reality star showed off her growing baby bump and looked beautiful as ever, swimming in the ocean and heading for an island hike with Khloe, Kourtney and Kris.
Kim’s plan to keep her pregnancy weight under control with baby number two? Keep exercising. Celebrity trainer Harley Pasternak has been working with Kim on her fitness program which still consists of lunges, hamstring curls, and 10,000 steps a day.
After experiencing some pretty uncomfortable weight gain with North and criticism that “really hurt [her] soul” Kim seems to be taking this pregnancy in stride. Perhaps more so because of her struggle to get pregnant, which was documented on the last season of Keeping Up With The Kardashians.
