Lindsay Lohans’s Mom Arrested For DWI After Hitting Car

Lindsay Lohan’s mom Dina was arrested for driving under the influence in Long Island.
According to TMZ, Dina, 57, was driving her Mercedes at 7 p.m. on Saturday when she reportedly hit another car outside an Outback steakhouse and drove off.
The driver of the other car followed Dina to her house, where she allegedly refused to do a sobriety test.
Authorities said that Dina showed clear signs of intoxication, so she was arrested on DWI charges, leaving the scene of and aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.
This would be a felony because she has a previous DWI.
Dina’s lawyer, Mark Jay Heller told TMZ that, “The arrest of Dina Lohan is most unfortunate. She was not evaluated for alcohol content in her blood at the time she was arrested. We have interposed a not guilty plea at her arraignment to all six charges. We look forward to attending court this Wednesday to fight the case. I was successful in getting her out without bail. She was released without bail by the judge.”
