Lori Harvey Reportedly Pleads NOT GUILTY To Criminal Hit-And-Run Charges

According to legal documents, obtained by The Blast, Lori Harvey has pled not guilty to criminal hit-and-run charges following her 2019 car accident in Los Angeles.

As we previously reported, the model allegedly smashed into another car then tried to leave the scene back in October. However, cops nabbed her shortly after when they found her walking down the street a short distance from the accident. Witnesses told cops they saw Lori texting and driving before crashing into a Prius, leaving her G-Wagon flipped on its side. Thankfully, no one was seriously hurt.

The Blast reports that Harvey entered the not guilty plea today in an LA County Courtroom. After entering the plea, she was ordered back to court next month for a preliminary hearing.

Now, Lori who is Steve Harvey’s stepdaughter and rapper Future’s new boo — faces two misdemeanor charges, one count of resisting/delaying/obstructing a peace officer, and one count of hit and run resulting in property damage. MSN reports that she faces 1 year in jail if she is found guilty.
