“Life doesn’t give you second chances” Hey everyone! It’s Deja Monet giving you the exclusive Love and Hip Hop Recap.
We open up to Remy Ma performing one of her smash hits “Whatever”. She’s estactic as the show can be her form of redemption. However she’s still on parole and Papoose is making sure she’s on the right track.Yandy and Mendeecees continue to discuss their issues due to his pending sentencing. She wants to buy a house while Mendeecees always considers the what ifs.(Spoiler: He’s sentenced eight years in prison.)
Peter, Amina, and Tara are now cohabiting. The main chick and the side chick are now currently living in the same building. This gives me “The Boy is Mine” vibes. Bianca aka Young B. She’s known as the orginator of “Chicken Noodle Soup”. After the hit single, Bianca went on hiatus for 9 years. Yandy takes over as her manager and wants to rebrand her image.
Another new edition of the cast called BBOD “Bad B*tches On Deck” have been having troubles with managers and newcomer Rah deals with their bookings. Remy expresses herself being to confined as if she’s in jail. Papoose explains he does not want her to get into trouble again.
Newcomer Mariah Lynn introduces herself to NYC by rapping one of her songs and the opening was very straight foward. It goes “I was a h*e and I’m admitting ittt”and I honestly yelled out “What?!” Remy and Papoose decide to work on having a baby together after having their dream wedding.
Tensions arise between Bianca and Moe as the two artists threw shade at the showcase. Moe begins to attack Bianca and the two ladies continue to throw shade at each other. Disgustingly, Moe spits at Bianca. Like really? That’s uncalled for.
Remy and Papoose go visit a venue to pan their wedding. Remy and Papoose are already married but due to her stint in jail, he never had a chance to see her down the aisle. Lastly, Yandy and Mendeecees discuss the uncertainty of their future. Unfotunately we all know how that ended.
Stay tuned for next weeks recap on Love and Hip Hop: New York.
