Mally Mall Sued For Allegedly Drugging And Raping Model

Mally Mall is under fire again, this time for allegedly drugging and raping a model.
TMZ reports that a 26-year-old fitness identified as clothing model Quashay Davis says she traveled from Dallas to Los Angeles to meet with Mally. While at his residence he allegedly introduced her to adult star, Jayla Foxx.
Apparently, she was then brought a drink that was mixed with Hennessey. When she drank it, she became dizzy and blacked out. To her horror, she allegedly woke up to Mally slapping her and saying, “You’re my new bitch,” and “You’re my Jayla number two.”
She was then forced to perform oral sex before Mally forcibly had sex with her. She claims she tried to escape, but Mally allegedly called her a “stupid dumb n****r” and said he would kill her.
Quashay says she finally left when Mally fell asleep and Jayla took her to urgent care, where a doctor found “injuries that were consistent with rape.” Davis is suing Mally for sexual battery, false imprisonment, and gender violence.
Reps for Mally Mall spoke to TMZ and said the women’s accusations are a “blatant attempt at extortion. There is absolutely no factual basis or merit in this case.”
