Man Arrested For Calling 911 25 Times To Help Find His Lost Hoodie

An Ohio man was arrested after he contacted police over 25 times to help him find his lost hoodie.

32-year-old Harves Gardner of Northside was arrested early Monday after he continuously contacted law enforcement to help him find his beloved sweater. The Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office reported that Gardner was intoxicated when he made the calls and “only wanted rides around town to help find the hoodie that he lost” as reported by the Cincinnati Enquirer. They told the young man to go back to sleep but he constantly contacted police to different locations of his sweater’s possible whereabouts.

Gardner is currently facing a charge of disrupting public services, a fourth-degree felony that can lead up to 18 months in prison and $5,000 fine.

He is being held at the Hamilton County Justice Center and appeared in court early Tuesday. Records did not indicate if he hired an attorney.
