A husband from New Jersey has caught his wife cheating with her boss after using the “Find My iPhone” app.
The New York Post reports 37-year-old Sean Donis is facing 15 years in prison for discovering his wife’s adultery on the app. He used the cell phone to record previous sexual encounters between his wife and her boss.
Donis recorded his wife Nancy,38, and her boss Albert Lopez last year without her knowledge:
““All on video! All on video! . . . I can’t believe you, Nancy. I can’t believe you,”
While watching his son, he noticed the boy’s iPad was missing and turned on the “Find My iphone” feature. Donis tracked his wife’s whereabouts which eventually led him to Lopez’s home.
He says the front door was unlocked and he walked into the home. Donis then stated he saw the pair together and screamed. Nancy filed for divorce to end their six-year marriage.
Donis on the other hand, received a court letter stating he was indicted on July 20. He is facing charges for felony burglary and unlawful surveillance. Donis pleaded not guilty in court and is due in court on September 20.
His defense lawyer, Howard Greenburg released a statement about the charges:
“He commits a trespass that in a sane jurisdiction is a violation and not a crime, and he uncovers the greater evil of his wife screwing some stranger. No jury is going to convict this man of anything, let alone a felony”
