Get your new balance out for “Grey Day” on March 15th and make sure you get your hands on the new colorways!
If you are a new balance sneakerhead, you already know that March 15th is a celebration of New Balance “Grey Day.”
It’s being announced that the brand is releasing two new colorways in honor of this day and they are popping.
The Boston-based label is releasing their “Legacy of Grey” pack. This collection features the 574 that takes inspiration from two of the most legendary grey styles, the original 990 and the 1300JP.
Back in 1982, New Balance was introduced with the 990 style to the sneaker world as one of the first “$100 running silhouette, and offered in grey suede.”
Most runners back in the day and even today were known to be super colorful and bright, but not these.
Fast forward to 1985, the brand released their 1300JP. This sneaker is re-introduced every 5 years and also happens to be their most popular and recognized style.
These releases are some that you are going to want to get your hands on as soon as possible.
Take a look at the colorways below and let us know what you think!
