Raven Magwood is a published author, motivational speaker, and filmmaker who is truly a force to be reckoned with. At 26 years old, she runs a million-dollar company and has just published her fourth book entitled “The 7 Practices of Prosperous Women.”
Raven has accomplished more than most do in their lifetime. By 11, she was a national gymnastics champion. By 13, she had published her second book. By 15, she was a state titleholder in track-and-field competing nationally. By 16, she had graduated from high school number one in her class with a 5.1 GPA. By 19, she had graduated from Clemson University’s honors college summa cum laudewith a perfect 4.0 GPA.
At a young age, Raven has dedicated her young life to one thing: inspiring people around the world to become the best versions of themselves. Since giving her first speech for famed speaker and author Stedman Graham at only 12 years old, Raven has traveled the country providing individuals with the tools they need to unlock their full potential. Described by many as an achievement expert, she often uses personal stories from her own life journey to provide insight to others about how to accomplish their own dreams. Raven has worked with tens of thousands of students, educators, CEOs, business leaders, youth activists, and many more!
“We are all given 24 hours,” Raven explains. “You, me, Oprah, Beyoncé… Whether a person is considered to be super successful or not, we all have the same amount of time in each day. The real question is, ‘What are you doing with your 24 hours?’ Are you really doing everything you can to accomplish your ultimate goals? Or are you honestly just wasting your time?”
In addition to her various business ventures, Raven is committed to making an impact in her community. Since 2008, her charitable organization, The Raven Magwood Foundation, has helped over 30,000 students gain access to mentoring, as well as valuable life skills in order to pursue their academic and career goals.
