British singer-songwriter and actress, Rita Ora was in NYC to promote the release of her single “Body On Me” featuring Chris Brown – which we luhhhhveee – and talk her new album with Hot 97’s Ness Nitty. Nessa, who is one of our favorites when it comes to her celebrity interviews, touched on the controversial lyrics A$AP Rocky spit, pretty much alluding to his and Ora’s sexual encounter, on his A.L.L.A. track entitled “Better Things.”
The Roc Nation beauty didn’t take long to get straight to the point regarding her feelings on the matter:
“I’m not looking at it like ‘you’re upsetting me’ because I don’t actually give a shit. I think about it, and I don’t want people to think it’s ok to speak about women like that. I don’t care what you say about me. I don’t give a flying fuck. That’s just how it is, but you know got to keep it moving. I’m very happy with what I do, and I’m proud of who I am, and what I represent. He knows where to find me. If he wants to apologize he knows where to find me.”
Way to be the bigger person Rita. It’s a shame, though, that she’s even having to address something so personal. Watch more of the interview in the video below.
