The rapper and actor took to social media Wednesday morning to make a few things clear. He tweeted, News Flash! We feed Chanel FOOD.” He added, “She just likes to suck mom’s boob every now and then… Me Too!!!”

As we previously reported, Coco Austin recently spoke with Us Weekly and explained the reason why she still breastfeeds her adorable 5-year-old daughter, Chanel, and why she won’t stop nursing her until her daughter decides she doesn’t want to anymore. She explained that “Chanel still likes my boobs. It’s a big bonding moment for a mother and your child. Why take that away from her? … If she doesn’t want it, all right, that’s where you stop it,” the 42-year-old said. “But I’m not just going to say no.”

That wasn’t the first time Coco had talked about continuing to breastfeed Chanel. Last year, Coco talked about it on Instagram, writing, “At this point in nursing it’s just for comfort and believe me the girl loves meat so its not like she isnt eating real food…😁Thank you to all that understand my view.. i see most of you are so eager to side with me and I too root for you in your journey as well.. Kathy Griffin Reveals She Has Lung Cancer: “I’ve Never Smoked!”

Comedian Kathy Griffin took to social media this Monday morning to share some unfortunate news.

She revealed to her 688k followers that she has lung cancer. The 60-year-old started her post by saying, “I’ve got to tell you guys something. I have cancer. I’m about to go into surgery to have half of my left lung removed,” Griffin wrote. “Yes, I have lung cancer even though I’ve never smoked!”

She went on to say, “The doctors are very optimistic as it is stage one and contained to my left lung. Hopefully, no chemo or radiation after this and I should have normal function with my breathing. It’s been a helluva 4 years, trying to get back to work, making you guys laugh and entertaining you, but I’m gonna be just fine.” She noted that she is “fully vaccinated” against coronavirus and thankful because things could have been much worse.

“The consequences for being unvaccinated would have been even more serious,” she added. “Please stay up to date on your medical check ups. It’ll save your life.”

Socialites, get into this! New York City will pay $100 for people to get vaccinated against the coronavirus, The Hill reports.

New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio (D) made the announcement this Wednesday saying that starting Friday, residents who get their first vaccine dose at a city-run vaccination site will get a $100 incentive.

De Blasio explained that the $100 will make a “big impact, particularly in a world in which more and more things are going to be determined by whether you’re vaccinated or not,” adding that “we wanted to supercharge it by saying we’ll give you extra, direct personal incentive to get this done now,” he continued.

Rachel Loeb, president of the New York City Economic Development Corporation said that residents and city employees will receive a $100 through a prepaid debit card.

This is the latest mayor that has announced to get the city vaccinated as cases continue to rise with the new Delta variant. De Blasio said Wednesday that 9,902,097 doses have been administered so far.

DaBaby has just been dropped from his partnership with BoohooMan following his controversial performance at Rolling Loud.

The clothing brand announced today that it “condemns the use of homophobic language and confirm we will no longer be working with DaBaby.” The company noted that it stands “by and supports the LGBTQ community.”

As we previously reported, while performing at Rolling Loud festival in Miami over the weekend, he asked every audience member to “put your cell phone light up”, apart from those who were HIV-positive or were gay men who had sex in car parks. Following a wave of backlash, the rapper apologized for his comments. He tweeted last night that his comments were “insensitive” adding he had “no intentions on offending anybody” before offering “my apologies”. “Anybody who done ever been [affected] by AIDS/HIV y’all got the right to be upset,” he added.

On Tuesday, Dua Lipa, who worked with DaBaby on her “Levitating” remix, talked about the comments on her Instagram Stories.

“I’m surprised and horrified at DaBaby’s comments. I really don’t recognize this as the person I worked with. I know my fans know where my heart lies and that I stand 100% with the LGBTQ community. We need to come together to fight the stigma and ignorance around HIV/AIDS,” the statement read.

However, fellow rapper T.I. defended the younger artist, comparing him to Lil Nas X, who is openly gay: “If you gonna have the Lil Nas X video and him living his truth, you gonna damn sure have people like DaBaby who gonna speak their truth,” T.I. said on Instagram. “Ain’t nothing wrong with none of it. It ain’t got to be no hate. It’s all honesty. Everybody living in their truth.”

UPDATE: Two Arrested In Los Angeles After Failed Robbery On Man Who Fired Back

Police have arrested two suspects behind the failed robbery that went down in Los Angeles earlier this week.

As we previously reported, surveillance video captured the moment a man almost gets robbed by two guys who pulled up on him after shopping. The victim was standing with two women while holding a shopping bag near Melrose Avenue and Vista Street when a Dodge Avenger reversed toward them and the two robbers jumped out of the car around 7:10 p.m. on Monday.

One of the assailants can be seen pulling out a handgun and pointing it at the man while the two women flee. However, the shocking clip then shows the male victim pulling his own weapon from his pocket and fires at the robbers at least four times — hitting them in the legs, while dropping his shopping bag and turning to run in the opposite direction. After fleeing, Nicholas Brown, 22, and Markeil Hayes, 28, were later arrested for attempted robbery, cops said on Wednesday. Cops are also asking for the public’s help in identifying the robbery victim and finding any witnesses who might have seen the failed robbery attempt.

Cops did not share exactly why they are looking for the victim as well. However, they did note that the driver of the vehicle has still not been caught yet.

As the Daily Mail notes, this latest attack comes as shootings in LA skyrocket. Citing Compstat crime statistics, the number of shooting victims so far this year is up 43.2% on the same period last year.

Tuesday was an exciting day for Jeff Bezos and his rocket crew who successfully made it to space on his Blue Origin rocket.

After landing, the Amazon founder held a press conference to talk about his amazing experience. While speaking, he thanked his employees and customers for subsidizing his Blue Origin spaceflight, during which he and three others spent 11 minutes inside the “New Shepard” capsule after lifting off from the desert in Van Horn County, Texas.

“[I] want to thank every Amazon employee and every Amazon customer because you guys paid for all this. So seriously, for every Amazon customer out there, and every Amazon employee, thank you from the bottom of my heart, very much. It’s very appreciated.” Bezos’ comment rubbed a lot of people the wrong way. Stars & Stripes journalist David Choi even retweeted the video of Bezos’ comments, remarking “I’d like a refund.” Elizabeth Warren of Massachusetts ripped into the billionaire, repeating her call for a “wealth tax” and accusing Bezos and the company he founded, Amazon, of paying no taxes.

Now, labor groups and Amazon workers have claimed that the company offers its hourly employees not enough break times, puts too much work on them and has unsafe working conditions. Robert Reich, former secretary of labor under President Bill Clinton and a professor of public policy at University of California, Berkeley, wrote on Twitter that Bezos has crushed his attempts to make things right for decades:

“Amazon workers don’t need Bezos to thank them. They need him to stop union-busting – and pay them what they deserve,” Mr Reich wrote.

Billionaire Jeff Bezos And Three Others Successfully Launch Into Space On His Blue Origin Rocket

Amazon and Blue Origin founder Jeff Bezos jetted off into space this Tuesday morning on his travel company’s first flight. Bezos launched from Texas with three others including his brother Mark Bezos, 18-year-old Oliver Daemen, and an 82-year-old aerospace pioneer, Wally Funk — the youngest and oldest to ever hurtle off the planet.

The New Shepard rocket crew returned safely to Earth about 11 minutes later: “Congratulations to all of Team Blue past and present on reaching this historic moment in spaceflight history. This first astronaut crew wrote themselves into the history books of space, opening the door through which many after will pass.” tweeted Bezos’ space tourism company, Blue Origin.

Bezos launched not only a quick trip to space but he hopes it will be a profitable business. In fact, Blue Origin plans two more flights this year alone. Tuesday’s flight also marked the 52nd anniversary of the Apollo 11 moon landing.

Just over a week after Richard Branson flew to the edge of space, Amazon founder Jeff Bezos is set to be the second billionaire to fly into space in his own rocket tomorrow.

On Tuesday, July 20, Bezos will attempt to fly to space aboard a rocket and capsule developed by Blue Origin, the Amazon founder’s private space company. Not only will it be the first crewed launch for Blue Origin’s New Shepard rocket, but if it is successful, Bezos will make history for taking part in the first unpiloted flight with a civilian crew!

In addition to all of this, joining Bezos will be one passenger who stands to become the oldest person to reach space and another who would be the youngest, NBC News reports.

While speaking to Gayle King on CBS This Morning, Bezos expressed how he’s feeling about upcoming excursion:

“I’m excited,” Bezos said in an interview with @GayleKing. “People keep asking if I’m nervous. I’m not really nervous, I’m excited. I’m curious. I want to know what we’re going to learn.”

No games! A Detroit woman who was determined to find her stolen car was successful and gave the thief exactly what he deserved.

Bianca Chambers spoke with Fox 2 Detroit and shared that for two days, she tracked her car throughout the city until it finally came up on Wednesday. The thief had her vehicle parked as he was getting his hair cut! That’s when she confronted the thief.

Filled with relief but anger, Chambers said “at that point, I was like…I’m not letting this man walk again.” She walked into a barbershop at Greenfield and Grand River and came face-to-face with him. However, after a brief conversation, she took him all the way down, literally… dragging him from his newly twisted dreads and onto the floor of the barbershop. Thankfully, she was not hurt and the customers nearby stepped in to make a citizen’s arrest while Bianca, sick of seeing him drive off in her car, slashed her own tires then called the police.

“I slashed all the tires and I thought that he was gonna take off and I didn’t know how long it was going to take for the police to pull up. And I refused to let him pull off again,” she said.

Sources told the news site that the thief has a history of car thefts since he was teen. So far, his name has not been released: “You’re just the dumbest criminal, that’s all. You’re joyriding in my car like nobody was going to see,” Bianca said.

“BeatBox” Rapper Rapper SpotemGottem Arrested On Multiple Charges After Being Found Resting In Hotel Room Next To An AK-47

According to the New York Daily News, rapper SpotemGottem was arrested on weapons and assault charges in Florida on Thursday after cops found him in a hotel room lying next to a semi-automatic rifle.

The news site reports that the rapper whose real name is Nehemiah Harden, was wanted for allegedly breaking a parking garage gate back in June and pointing a gun at someone who tried to stop him. According to an arrest warrant obtained by NBC affiliate WTVJ, U.S. Marshals were able to track him down to a hotel in the city of Aventura and took him into custody without incident.

The 19-year-old entertainer known for the hit single “Beat Box,” has been charged with aggravated assault, possession of a weapon by a convicted felon, and accessory after the fact to a felony, Miami-Dade County jail records show. It was said that his bond was set at $18,500, which he posted on Friday.

The rapper or his team has yet to speak out on this latest incident.

Pregnant Man And Multiracial Handshake Among New Emojis Being Introduced Later This Year

Ahead of World Emoji Day, the draft list for the next round of new emojis has been announced.

So far, the contenders include a melting smiley face, lip-biting face, several new hand shapes, and more. In an effort to expand on race and gender inclusivity, the current lineup even has customizable skin tones for the handshake emoji, and a pregnant man and pregnant person join the pregnant woman.

The additions, “will mean that nearly all emojis can have default a gender-neutral option, with choice to use a woman or man where relevant”. said Jeremy Burge, the chief emoji officer of the reference site Emojipedia.

According to The Guardian, the release of new emoji was delayed this year because of the pandemic, and proposal submissions were on hold until April. This list won’t be finalized by the Unicode Consortium until September. However the news site notes that in general, most candidates shown in the draft make it through. The final versions should roll out to different devices and platforms starting in late 2021 through 2022.

Dictionary.com just added more than 300 new words and updated definitions, including Yeet, zaddy, and oof — many of which originated in meme culture, social justice movements, and slang.

According to the new entries, the word Oof is listed as “an exclamation used to sympathize with someone else’s pain or dismay, or to express one’s own.” Snack: (Slang) is defined as “a sexy and physically attractive person; hottie” while the word Zaddy is described as “an attractive man who is also stylish, charming, and self-confident.” The popular meme word Yeet is “an exclamation of enthusiasm, approval, triumph, pleasure, joy, etc.”

While speaking about the changes, John Kelly, managing editor of Dictionary.com explained, The latest update to our dictionary continues to mirror the world around us. Our addition of long COVID, for instance, shows the long-lasting impact of the pandemic; our addition of DEI and minoritize reveals our ongoing grappling with racism and racial justice. 5G, content warning, domestic terrorism — it’s a complicated and challenging society we live in, and language changes to help us grapple with it.”

In addition to the new words, the reference website is also introducing two new services called Grammar Coach and Dictionary Academy to assist students and writers, the Hill reports.

Babyface And His wife Nicole Pantenburg File For Divorce After Seven Years Of Marriage

Another celebrity couple is calling it quits. Singer Kenny Edmonds, better known to his fans as Babyface, and his wife Nicole Pantenburg have decided to end their marriage after seven years.

In a joint statement issued to The Blast, the two made it clear that they still have a lot of care and respect for each other amid the split:

“After much thought and with great sadness, we have decided to end our marriage. They continue, “We ask for personal privacy for ourselves and our daughter as we navigate these new steps as a family.”

As of right now, it’s unclear what led to the split. The two got married back in 2014 and share one daughter, 12-year-old Peyton Nicole. Babyface was also previously married to Tracey Edmonds from 1992 to 2005. They share two sons, Brandon and Dylan.

Olympics Bans Spectators After Tokyo Declares COVID-19 Emergency

Following a state of emergency due to rising COVID-19 infections in the capital, the Tokyo Olympics will take place without spectators, Reuters report.

Organizers announced the big change this Thursday saying “It is regrettable that we are delivering the Games in a very limited format, facing the spread of coronavirus infections,” Tokyo Olympic President Seiko Hashimoto said following talks between government officials, Tokyo organizers, and Olympic and paralympic representatives.

Public viewings of the Games have been cancelled and restaurants will be asked to stop serving alcohol under the state of emergency. Japan’s Prime Minister Yoshihide Suga strongly believes the move is essential to prevent Tokyo, where the highly infectious Delta COVID-19 variant was spreading, from becoming the source of another wave of infections.

Pop Smoke’s Murder Suspect Gets Arraignment Pushed Back Again — Also Makes Request For A Bail Hearing

On Tuesday (July 6), prosecutors announced that they will not be pursuing the death penalty against 20-year-old Corey Walker for the murder of Pop Smoke: “Our office is not going to be seeking death on this case,” Deputy DA Hilary Williams said. “But we are going to be asking for a lot.”

According to an exclusive report by @theshaderoom, Walker, who is one of the four men accused of killing the late rapper in a senseless robbery turned murder, returned to court this Wednesday to enter a plea deal. While there, prosecutors requested even more time to file their paperwork, effectively pushing back Walker’s arraignment hearing to late August.

Shortly after that, Walker’s attorney expressed intention to set a bail hearing for the same date in August. However, Judge Sergio C. Tapia II let Walker’s attorney know that they have to file the proper paperwork for such a hearing, TSR reports.

As we previously reported, on February 19, 2020, the New York rapper was killed in his Los Angeles rental house during a home invasion. He was just 20 years old. Initially, cops thought it was a robbery gone wrong but soon learned it was a targeted attack. Some reports stated that the suspects found his location after Pop accidentally shared it on Instagram.

Out of the four men, Walker, 20, was the only suspect who was an adult at the time of Pop Smoke’s death. The next possible max sentence for Walker would be life without the possibility of parole.

Darnella Frazier, Teen Who Filmed George Floyd Murder, Says Uncle Was Just Killed By Minneapolis Police: They “Took An Innocent Life Trying To Catch Someone Else”

According to Fox News, the teen who filmed George Floyd’s murder said that her uncle was killed following an incident with Minneapolis police.

The news site reports that Darnella Frazier made a post on Facebook Tuesday night, revealing that her uncle, Leneal Lamont Frazier, had been killed after his car collided with a Minneapolis police vehicle. She added that the police “took an innocent life trying to catch someone else.” She went on to say, “I honestly can’t believe I’m making this post right now…I’m so hurt…nothing feels real,” she wrote.

In a statement, Minneapolis police said that an officer was pursuing the driver of a carjacked vehicle involved in multiple robberies when the officer’s car collided with another car. While the officer was treated for serious but non-life-threatening injuries, the other driver died shortly after arriving at the hospital, police said. As of right now, police have not yet released the identity of the man who was killed.

As we previously reported, Frazier, was the teen who went to a Minneapolis convenience store in May 2020 and spotted officers restraining George Floyd. She filmed the incident and her video and courtroom testimony played a role in the conviction of a former police officer, Derek Chauvin. She was later awarded a Pulitzer Prize special citation last month for her viral video.

Terminally Ill Groom Collapses and Dies at Altar as Bride Walks Down Aisle

A woman is mourning the loss of her beloved partner who sadly died at their wedding.

According to the Independent UK, Paul Wynn, from Ayrshire, Scotland, collapsed at Saltcoats town hall on 25 June, just moments before he could say “I do” to his fiancée Alyson Wynn. It was said that the terminally ill groom died at the altar as his bride was walking down the aisle with their eldest son. The news site reports that Paul, 57, had received a diagnosis of terminal pancreatic cancer that had spread to his liver and lungs eight days earlier. At the time, doctors told him that he had between six and eight weeks to live.

Mrs. Wynn says the devastating loss of her fiancé who she shares 5 kids with has left her whole family devastated. While speaking with Ayrshire Live, she recalled the tragic moment from their wedding: “By the time I had gotten my flowers and went up the stairs, everything seemed to be okay, although Paul seemed to be a bit uncomfortable by this point and his kilt had been loosened a wee bit to help him feel more comfortable,” she said. “By the time I got to him I called his name a couple of times,” Ms. Wynn said. “He didn’t turn round, he didn’t look at me and I realized there was something wrong and I started breaking down and I started shouting his name and we knew something wasn’t right.”
First-aiders rushed to help Paul, administering CPR and using a defibrillator, but it was to no avail, Mr Wynn could not be revived.

Ms Wynn, who changed her name by deed poll a few years ago, said that it had been hard on her since his tragic passing: “It’s taken me a wee while to get where I am now and every day just seems to merge into one,” she said. “I’m having to get up and moving every day for the sake of my children but I can’t eat.”

Paul Wynn is survived but a total of 11 kids. He shares five with Ms. Wynn: Sandy, 20, Tarquin, 15, Marcus, 13, Louise, eight, and Poppy, four. Paul also had six other children from a previous relationship.

Phylicia Rashad Pens Letter To Howard University To Students And Parents For Defending Bill Cosby: “I Offer My Most Sincere Apology”

Socialites get into this! After facing backlash for defending Bill Cosby’s vacated sexual assault conviction and subsequent prison release, his former co-star Phylicia Rashad offered a “sincere apology” to Howard University students and parents on Friday for showing support to him.

As we previously reported, Rashad was one of the first big stars to celebrate his release on Wednesday. She said in a tweet, “”FINALLY!!!! A terrible wrong is being righted- a miscarriage of justice is corrected!” After backlash, she followed up with another post that read, “I fully support survivors of sexual assault coming forward. My post was in no way intended to be insensitive to their truth. Personally, I know from friends and family that such abuse has lifelong residual effects. My heartfelt wish is for healing.”

Still, people were disappointed with Rashad, The Cosby Show” actress and alum of Howard University who was appointed as the dean of the school’s reestablished College of Fine Arts in May. Now, she’s apologizing: “My remarks were in no way directed towards survivors of sexual assault. I vehemently oppose sexual violence, find no excuse for such behavior, and I know that Howard University has a zero-tolerance policy toward interpersonal violence,” Rashad wrote, according to Fox News.

This comes after Howard University disavowed the support Rashad showed for Cosby: “Survivors of sexual assault will always be our first priority,” read a statement posted on Howard University’s verified social media accounts. “While Dean Rashad has acknowledged in her follow-up tweet that victims must be heard and believed, her initial tweet lacked sensitivity towards survivors of sexual assault.” In its statement, Howard wrote, “Personal positions of University leadership do not reflect Howard University’s policies.”

Howard University even condemned Rashad’s post in a statement late Wednesday, saying that it “lacked sensitivity towards survivors of sexual assault”: “Personal positions of university leadership do not reflect Howard University’s policies,” the statement read. “We will continue to advocate for survivors fully and support their right to be heard.”

Puerto Rico To Receive Nearly $4 Billion In Pandemic Relief Funds

On Monday, it was announced that Puerto Rico will receive nearly $4 billion in federal education pandemic relief funds to help boost the U.S. territory’s fight against COVID-19.

U.S. Education Secretary Miguel Cardon shared the news during his official three-day trip to Puerto Rico. According to the Associated Press, approximately half of the funds will come from the American Rescue Plan, the $1.9 trillion COVID-19 rescue package that President Biden signed into law in March.

Cardona said “I am honored to be in Puerto Rico – the island of my roots – as the federal government releases critical funds to support Puerto Rico’s efforts to safely reopen its schools for in-person learning.” As ABC News notes, strict conditions had prevented the U.S. territory from receiving certain federal funds in a timely manner under the Trump administration. However, these have been easing under U.S. President Joe Biden.

To note, Puerto Rico has reported more than 173,000 COVID-19 cases since the beginning of the pandemic. They had more than 2,500 deaths, according to The New York Times.

He was released after posting a $35,000 bond.

Thompson is now speaking out to set the record straight. He confirmed that he was arrested at the airport after security found a gun in his bag but noted that it was not stolen! Thompson explained that the gun “was in a checked bag and I was already on the plane wen they found it … the problem is, I’m a felon and was in possession of a firearm. That’s why I was arrested.“

Thompson let us know that he didn’t want to speak much on the situation as the investigation is still ongoing.

Bad girls star Judi Jai found herself in the slammer following an incident involving a neighbor and a karaoke machine…

According to a police report obtained by TMZ, cops got a call Saturday morning about “shots fired” at her Atlanta-area home. When they arrived, cops were greeted by Judi. After running her name, they found an active warrant for her arrest. That warrant appeared to be from another incident where she allegedly made terroristic threats about shooting a cop.

Officers detained her while they investigated her new allegations. She accused her neighbor of shooting his firearm at her home and shattering her front window. She also claimed the neighbor shot her, but cops say they didn’t see anything to back up her claims.
Instead, they saw pieces of his karaoke machine on her living room floor and a shattered window. Cops say Judi later admitted, “she had been drinking Don Julio and that she was drunk.” That might explain what the neighbor told cops went down — that while he was on his front porch listening to music, Judi allegedly walked out of her place, grabbed his karaoke machine … and then banged it against her own front window until it shattered. She claims she only grabbed the karaoke machine afterward, because it was blasting music, and on her property. Cops ultimately cited her for criminal trespass and hauled her away. She posted bond the next day.

In January Champ officially joined the rest of the family as he and Major became the first pets to live at the White House since the Obama administration. President Biden’s statement Saturday said of Champ’s final days, “Even as Champ’s strength waned in his last months, when we came into a room, he would immediately pull himself up, his tail always wagging, and nuzzle us for an ear scratch or a belly rub. Wherever we were, he wanted to be, and everything was instantly better when he was next to us.” 

Before concluding the President and First Lady said, “We love our sweet, good boy and will miss him always.”

Under the Biden administration, the Department of Education will cancel $500 million in student loan debt for 18,000 students defrauded by the now defunct for-profit college, according to CNN.

The student loan forgiveness will be granted through the Borrower Defense to Repayment program for students defrauded by ITT Tech , making this another step the Biden administration is taking to address a backlog of more than 100,000 forgiveness claims left over from the Trump administration.

ITT Tech shut down in 2017 after the government pulled its federal funding. The school reportedly misled students about how much they could expect to earn after graduating and about the ability to transfer credits, the Department of Education said. Secretary Cardona said in a statement, “Our action today will give thousands of borrowers a fresh start and the relief they deserve after ITT repeatedly lied to them. Today’s action is part of the Biden-Harris Administration’s continued commitment to stand up for borrowers when their institutions take advantage of them. Many of these borrowers have waited a long time for relief, and we need to work swiftly to render decisions for those whose claims are still pending. This work also emphasizes the need for ongoing accountability so that institutions will never be able to commit this kind of widespread deception again.”

According to the statement, the Department of Education will start to notify borrowers of their approvals in the coming weeks and will then work “expeditiously” to cancel the loan balances for these borrowers.

As CNN notes, the announcement comes three months after the Biden administration said it would cancel $1 billion in student loan debt for about 73,000 defrauded students for the relief under former Education Secretary Betsy Devos but received only partial loan forgiveness after she changed the cancellation calculation.

Ronnie ONeal, the double-murder defendant in Florida who decided to act as his own lawyer in his death penalty trial, is going viral once again.

As we previously reported, Oneal has been accused of killing his girlfriend, 33-year-old Kenyatta Barron, and daughter, 9-year-old Ron’Niveya Oneal. He is facing two counts of first-degree murder and one count of attempted murder for crimes that happened in Riverview in March of 2018. He began his opening statement by shouting at jurors that he did not attack his girlfriend and disabled daughter. Oneal claimed that the government would present fabrications and lies.

However, prosecutors say tons of evidence shows Oneal killed them with a gun and a hatchet, stabbed his son with a knife, and set their home on fire three years ago, ABC News affiliate WTXL Tallahassee reports. The son survived and was cross-examined by his father, who forced the 11-year-old to explain exactly how he hurt him. “You stabbed me,” the boy testified. “My mom ran to my sister’s room and into the closet,” the boy testified. “Then, like, my dad said, ‘Come in here, come kill this B-word,” he said, adding that he heard a shotgun blast. There was blood everywhere,” he slowly as he went on to explain how he witnessed his father kill his sister, striking her twice with an axe. “Then he lighted something with a tissue and a match.”

“He tried to light the match and put me on fire,” young Ronnie continued. “I got up and ran into the kitchen.”

While questioning his son, Oneal asked little Ronnie, “Did I hurt you that night of this incident?” Oneal asked.

“Yes,” the boy replied.
“How did I hurt you?” Oneal continued.
“You stabbed me,” the boy stated.
