Judge Seizes The Game’s Record Label And “Born 2 Rap” Royalties — Accuser Priscilla Rainey Becomes New Owner

As we previously reported back in October, The Game was ordered to pay $7 million to his sexual assault accuser, Priscilla Rainey after losing his appeal. However, according to the new updates by ALLHIPHOP.com, it appears that money isn’t the only thing he’s losing from this case.

The news site reports that the woman who’s trying to collect a $7 million judgment from Game just won the rights to his final album “Born 2 Rap” as well as his future royalties!

It was said that Priscilla Rainey was just granted “any and all rights, title, and interest” in any money, property or future payments due to the record label, which was set up to release Game’s last album Born 2 Rap.” This now makes Rainey the owner of his latest album, the royalties from the record, and even any salary Game may have been paying himself through LA Prolific, AllHipHop notes.

Judge Virginia A. Phillips specifically stated:

“All third parties who receive notice of this Order are directed to pay any and all money or property due, or to become due, under this Order, directly to Plaintiff either: (1) by check payable to “Priscilla Rainey,” and delivered to Plaintiff’s counsel” until the judgment is satisfied in full,”

Now, if he attempts to mess with the ruling and collect the money, he could be hit with a charge of contempt of court, according to the news site, citing the judge.

As we previously reported, Priscilla Rainey sued Game back in 2015 after accusing him of allegedly rubbing his hand on her vagina during a taping of his hit reality show “She Got Game.” While the entertainer denied doing this, he missed a series of key court dates and decided to skip the trial entirely in 2016. However, later in February of that year, the court awarded Rainey a judgment totaling $7,130,100.

Shortly after, an appeals court upheld the decision against Game in October of 2019 and ordered the rap star to pay Rainey the full $7 million.

The Game has not publicly commented on these latest reports.
