UPDATE: YG Released On Bond Following Arrest For Alleged Robbery

As we previously reported, rapper YG was arrested early Friday morning on robbery charges in a police raid at his San Fernando Valley home. Law enforcement sources told TMZ that the County Sheriff’s deputies arrived at the rapper’s home very early in the morning. Apparently, the search warrant stemmed from a previous robbery incident, but, there were no further details available at that time.

Fans of YG were immediately concerned not only for his safety but because he was set to perform at the Grammys to pay tribute to the late rapper and his good friend, Nipsey Hussle.

However, according to the latest updates by CBS News, it looks like YG will be able to perform as it was said that he bonded out of Los Angeles County jail late Friday night. TMZ notes that his bond was set at $250,000. He is scheduled to be arraigned Tuesday.

YG has yet to publicly comment on his latest arrest.
