Zendaya, the Princess of Slayville, has announced that she will now be reining over all beauty aisles in America. That’s right, Zendaya is the officially the newest CoverGirl as she announced via her Instagram.

Already being a paver of new ways as an actress, singer and icon, the 19-year-old is here shake things up in the beauty world and really challenge the notion of what is “beautiful”.
“I am so honored to join the company of a roster as celebrated and diverse as CoverGirl’s,” Zendaya said in a press release. “I can’t wait to share some of my own beauty tips with fans, and work alongside CoverGirl to continue empowering girls and women to celebrate their individuality.”
And it doesn’t seem that Zendaya’s looks alone landed her the gig, CoverGirl ensured that they gave the young idol the credit she deserved in the same press release:
