The suspect who shot and killed Angela Simmons’ ex-fiancé Sutton Tennyson, has turned himself in to the Atlanta Police Department.
According to TMZ, Michael Williams’ lawyer confirmed that his client has turned himself in to authorities and has been charged with murder. Williams’ attorney, Jackie Patterson, says he has denied the allegations that he shot and killed Sutton Tennyson.
Over the weekend, Sutton Tennyson was shot and killed at his home and police found him dead in his garage with gunshot wounds. Sutton was last seen talking in the driveway with another man when their conversation escalated and Sutton was shot. The man fled the scene moments after the shooting.
Angela Simmons recently dedicated a post to Sutton after his untimely passing.

Police charged Williams with murder, aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony.
