21 Savage: Back On Hook For Ditching 2016 Gig, Promoter Suing For $1M

21 isn’t off the hook just yet.

While we reported a week ago that 21 Savage walked free from the felony theft charges against him for ditching a 2016 gig, the Atlanta rapper may be back in the hot seat again; this as the promoter who initially sued him takes the case to civil court.

Subsequent to the D.A.’s office recently rejecting the case, and throwing out the charges, claiming this is a civil matter, not criminal, club promoter Sadaetirs Kent Smith is moving his suit accordingly, and adding additional monies.

In addition to the $17,000 owed for skipping the 2016 performance, Smith is now upping the figure to $1 million, claiming the breach of contract led to severe emotional distress.
