Victoria Beckham’s collaboration with Reebok is finally here and it’s giving us 90’s NBA mixed with all things Shaq!
Its been about eight months since Victoria Beckham announced that she would be collaborating with sports brand Reebok for a sportswear collection.
Well, the wait is finally over as they have officially shared what fans can expect out of this collaboration. On Friday, the brand shared their capsule collection of merch which was teased back in April. The pieces, all channeling the 90’s era of basketball, which include NBA superstar Shaquille O’Neal.
“For me this capsule really represents a celebration of that era, Reebok and Shaq’s shared history in basketball, and the great heritage pieces I discovered in those archives,” says Beckham in an official statement.
“The unisex approach, and the nods to streetwear that are present in this capsule, are important elements that I will take through to the full collection I am currently working on.”
This limited edition collection features items like hoodies ($200), T-shirt ($140) and socks ($50). Each piece will be in a black and white colorway to keep things simple. And of course, Shaq’s “dunkman” logos are accented in red.
Beckham has also hinted at “technical workout clothing,” as well as a pair of unisex sneakers towards the end of 2018.
