A passenger on an American Airlines flight from Pensacola, Florida, to Miami was arrested after she faked a medical condition in order to get a bigger seat.

NBC News reports that the unidentified woman forced the pilot to declare an emergency and divert the plane back to Pensacola after the woman said she had breathing problems.

Emergency personnel met the plane at the airport and the woman admitted that she faked the incident because she wanted a bigger seat. She refused to get off the plane upon landing and police had to escort her after numerous attempts.

“On Friday, American Eagle flight 3508 returned to Pensacola due to a passenger who requested medical assistance,” American Airlines said in a statement to PEOPLE regarding their regional carrier. “All passengers deplaned normally at the gate through the main boarding door and onto the jet bridge. The passenger was subsequently removed by law enforcement and medical personnel, and the flight took off again at 7:41 a.m.”

As of now, no charges have been pressed against the woman.
