Antonio Brown Alleged Rape Victim Accuser Reportedly Did Not File Police Report

As we previously reported, a woman named Britney Taylor has filed a lawsuit where she alleges that NFL superstar Antonio Brown sexually assaulted her twice; once in the Pittsburgh area in 2017 and claims Brown raped her in the Miami area in 2018.

Brown denied those claims through a statement by his lawyer saying any sexual interaction with his former trainer was consensual. Videos recently taken by Brown also show the two comfortably hanging out on multiple occasions with no signs of trouble.

While Brown’s agent, Drew Rosenhaus says they are “very confident that his legal team has facts that will prove” the allegations are false, it was pointed out that Cops in Miami and Hollywood, FL, as well as Pittsburgh, PA, have NO records of Antonio Brown’s rape accuser ever filing a criminal complaint with officers. A spokesperson from the Department of Public Safety in Pittsburgh tells TMZ they have no records of a complaint either, adding, there are “no active investigations into” Brown at this time. A spokesperson for Miami-Dade Police Department also says “The Special Victims Bureau does not have any records of a sexual assault reported by the alleged victim, nor any reports where Antonio Brown is subject.”

Now, this does not mean a crime DIDN’T happen. However, it simply means Taylor did NOT go to police prior to filing a civil lawsuit against Brown in federal court Tuesday.

The Patriots did release a statement on the allegations against their new player saying they are taking the situation very seriously. Brown practiced with the New England Patriots on Wednesday, though his status for NE’s game against the Miami Dolphins on Sunday remains unclear.
