ASAP Bari Charged With Two Felonies Following November Arrest
ASAP Bari will be facing multiple charges, including two felonies that stem from his arrest last November in Palmer.
This racks up his total charges to seven. TMZ reports that the most serious of these charges is possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver weed and criminal conspiracy to commit to possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver.
As we reported, he was initially arrested November 29 after he got pulled over after police saw his car driving the wrong way down a street. They also discovered a strong odor of weed when they approached his vehicle and during a search, they found over two dozen canisters filled with weed and then arrested him.
Bari claimed the drugs were for his personal use so he was initially charged with misdemeanor counts of possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance. He was then released after posting $25,000 bail.
He is also facing sexual assault charges in the UK from an incident in 2017. He has not yet commented.
