Blac Chyna Wants Rob Kardashian and Mark Zuckerberg To Testify in Lawsuit
Blac Chyna is seeking help from her ex, Rob Kardashian and Mark Zuckerberg in a lawsuit against a paparazzi company.
The Blast reports that court documents show that Chyna created a list of people that she wants to testify on her behalf in her suit with Backgrid.
Chyna claims Rob will speak to “her business background, family posts, community posts, monetizing on Instagram, willfulness, and others use of Ms. White’s posts.”
She adds that Mark Zuckerberg will testify about Facebook posts, adding, “Access to other’s posts; fan page monitoring; copyright advisement; tracking post history and repost history.”
The trial is scheduled for July 9. Chyna was initially sued by Backgrid in 2017 for posting photos of herself on social media. The company claimed they never licensed them to Blac Chyna and that she diminished their value by posting them.
They are seeking $150,000 per infringement, plus damages per image.
Chyna does not want to settle as she believes the posts fall under fair use and that they are images taken without her permission.
