Blueface Heads To Trial In August For Alleged Highway Retaliation Shooting
In November 2018, Blueface Bleedem was arrested for his alleged connection in a highway retaliation shooting in Newhall, California.
While authorities arrested the 22-year-old rapper on suspicion of a felony (assault with a deadly weapon — a firearm) he’s set to appear in court for a jury trial on August 16 on one misdemeanor count of carrying a loaded firearm.
Additionally, prosecutors say Blueface, real name Johnathan Porter, was involved in dispute at a Newhall gas station that ended in a crash on Highway 14.
In addition, Shirley Miller, of the Santa Clarita Valley Sheriff’s station, says, “Investigations show that a robbery occurred in the same location as the shooting.”
