On Tuesday, a judge ordered Boosie Badazz to cough up a total of $233,128 to a security guard who pepper sprayed him at a Mississippi mall back in 2017.

Apparently, the rapper didn’t even show up to court for the hearing in Gulfport, where security guard Glen Kerley testified he was assaulted by him and members of his entourage after asking them to leave a department store at Edgewater Mall during Biloxi Black Beach Weekend. The judge came to the decision that Boosie and his guard intentionally assaulted Kerley after he pepper sprayed them to get them out of a Dillard’s department store, leaving Kerley with a concussion and multiple injuries. He’s reportedly still under a neurologist’s care.

“I basically went to the ground and lost consciousness,” Kerley told US District Judge Louis Guirola Jr., adding that Hatch and Anderson were among several people who struck him. “It was just a melee of arms and feet at that point,” Page Six reports.

Kerley also told the judge that he missed five days of work due to his injuries. The Sun Herald reports that he sued the Louisiana rapper and his guard for assault, battery, intentional infliction of emotional distress, gross negligence and civil conspiracy.

Now, despite Boosie, his niece and guard being awarded $5,000 by the city of Biloxi, Boosie, still has a pending lawsuit against Dillard’s and has also called on fans last year to boycott the annual event, claiming a nearby beach was infested with stingrays.
