In honor of the 50 years of service, Calvin Klein has provided to the fashion world, the brand has released an all-new campaign to accompany their CK50 Collection.
This video ad features some pretty big heavy hitters like Justin Bieber and Hailey Bieber, A$AP Rocky, and Kendall Jenner, along with Troye Sivan, Liu Wen, Parker Van Noord, and Rebecca Leigh Longendyke.
The brand recently shared a statement saying that this campaign;
“captures the rebellious spirit that has shaped the brand over the last 50 years.”
With the collection being on calvinklein.com and amazon.com on Oct. 15 for a limited time, shoppers can expect to see the iconic logo in prints like an all-over repeating monogram and high-impact logo detailing across women’s denim styles. Dresses and sweatshirts along with men’s denim and crewnecks. T-shirts and underwear will round out the collection with prices ranging from $28 to $170.
The overall purpose of the video was to showcase a series of visuals that reflect historic moments and themes across multiple decades.
For Justin and Hailey, this marks their first ad since being married. They take the opening slot in the video as they can be seen sitting on a vintage couch watching the 1969 Apollo 11 rocket take off into space while lounging in their monogram printed CK undergarments.
After that, the next clip shows Kendall Jenner who is in a limo with A$AP Rocky and Rebecca Leigh Longendyke who are rocking new CK pieces arriving at Studio 54.
Following quick clips of more CK pieces, the video transitions into an NYC subway where hip hop culture is celebrated and model Liu Wen can be seen alongside Troye Sivan watching performers.
Back to the newlyweds as the Biebers can be seen dancing to British rock band EMF’s ’90s hit “Unbelievable,” while on a photoshoot set where they can be seen playing air guitar and sharing a few steamy kisses.
The clip closes out with a video of A$AP working out while Kendall is seen taking selfies on an old school flip phone!
