Central Park 5 Prosecutor Linda Fairstein Dropped By Publisher
Linda Fairstein’s past is definitely coming back to haunt her as her book publisher just parted ways following her portrayal in Ava Duvernay’s Netflix series, “When They See Us.”
TMZ reports that the Central Park 5 prosecutor is no longer working with Dutton, which confirmed it had “terminated its relationship” with Fairstein. Many have been pushing to boycott Faitsetin after learning of her role in convicting five innocent black boys for the rape of a white jogger.
In a statement released by Laura Rossi Public Relations, Fairstein added that she and Dutton had “decided to terminate their relationship.” The statement also noted that “Fairstein is the author of 24 books, including 16 New York Times bestselling crime novels, as well as a nonfiction work that was a New York Times Notable Book of the Year.”
This is not the only hit that Fairstein has had since the release of the series. As we reported in addition to Dutton, she was dropped from two of her non profit charities.
#CancelLindaFairstein has gone viral on social media after viewers became aware of her hand in destroying the childhoods of Kevin Richardson, Antron Mccray, Raymond Santana Jr., Korey Wise and Yusef Salaam.
The Mystery Writers of America also withdrew her lifetime achievement award!
