Actor Charlie Sheen is clapping back at an ex-girlfriend who claimed he didn’t tell her about his HIV status and says she knew his status during their relationship.
The “Two and a Half Men” actor issued out some recent legal documents in response to a woman who claimed the actor failed to disclose his HIV diagnosis to her before they began a sexual relationship.
However, Sheen claims that the anonymous accuser is an “extortionist,” and a known “professional hooker party girl” who gets paid for sex as a high-end escort.
The “Hot Shots” actor admitted that he provided the woman with money and gifts during their brief time of dating. He also revealed that they engaged in unprotected sex, but he says he revealed his HIV-positive status to her when they first met.
Sheen also claims that the woman has been stalking his house and his father Martin Sheen’s house. Sheen says she signed an NDA in order to keep their sexual relationship a secret. The NDA also required her to settle all legal issues in arbitration.
This is the second time Sheen has been sued for allegedly exposing an ex-girlfriend to HIV. In December 2015, Scottine Ross, his ex-fiancée, filed a similar suit alleging physical and emotional abuse in addition to HIV exposure. However, that lawsuit was considered arbitration.
Charlie Sheen revealed his HIV diagnosis on the “Today” show on Nov. 17, 2015.
