Chris Brown Plans To Sue Rape Accuser For Defamation
Chris Brown is not going down without a fight as the singer plans to sue the alleged rape accuser for defamation.
TMZ reports that Chris’ French lawyer, Raphael Chiche, adds that, “Chris Brown is free. No lawsuits were filed against him. He vigorously challenges the charges against him. A complaint for slanderous denunciation will be filed tomorrow with the public prosecutor of Paris.”
As we previously reported, Chris claims he was set up by the 24-year-old model, who is accusing the singer of sexually assaulting her along with two associates.
Chris adds that she is lying as he was never alone with the alleged victim and he was in the living area of the suite with an additional 20 people for the whole night. He also shuts down her claims that drugs were laying everywhere.
Luckily, Chris was released from police custody late Tuesday, however, prosecutors state that they are still investigating the matter. A source close to the police in Paris state that due to the fact that Chris was released and allowed to leave the country means that they are finding issues with the girl’s story.
