The “Loyal” singer’s legal team has responded to a woman who is suing Brown over claims he participated in providing cocaine and molly to guests at his house party where she was allegedly imprisoned and sexually assaulted by his friend. However, Breezy is using Jane Doe’s own account of what happened to get his name removed from the case.

According to documents obtained by The Blast, Brown says Doe did not claim in her original complaint that he ever actually touched her or physically harmed her in any way.

He instead points out how Doe said the star was “occupied with pornography and performing sexual acts with women” in another room when the attack allegedly happened.

The singer believes that specific statement should remove his name from the alleged incident, as he clearly was busy attending to his own sexual business.

Jane Doe remains locked in a legal battle against Brown with claims his friend, Lowell Grissom, locked her inside of a room and sexually assaulted her. However, she holds Brown responsible and believes he facilitated the unfortunate events.

The incident remains under investigation.
