A couple has been charged for the murder of a 41-year-old who they allegedly injected with meth and filmed while she was dying.

According to PEOPLE an affidavit against Brian and Allie Anderson notes that they injected Melissa Vermillion with a fatal dose of methamphetamine. Investigators reported that she cried for help numerous times on the tape, but, they ignored her.

Allie, 42, and Brian, failed to call 911 and report the death until over an hour after she had died.

Allie Anderson and Vermillion had been good friends since they were 8-years-old! The Andersons had been charged in a drug trafficking case and they killed Vermillion so that she could not testify against them in court.

According to the affidavit, an informant had come forward and said that the couple had given Vermillion the meth to keep her quiet.

Anderson was aware that Vermillian had a bad heart and was told not to do meth by her doctor because it would kill her, but, she gave it to her anyway.

They are both awaiting trial.
