A Pennsylvania couple was arrested and charged with theft after spending $120,000 that was accidentally deposited into their account.
WSET reports Robert and Tiffany Williams of Montoursville discovered a BB&T bank teller made an error and deposited $120,000 into their account in May. The couple decided to spend the money instead of reporting the error and it was gone within two weeks.
Pennsylvania State Police said in a report that the couple bought an SUV, two four-wheel vehicles, a camper, a car trailer, and even gave their friends $15,000.

The money was transferred to the right account after the bank realized its mistake. However, the couple was informed that they owed $107,000 in overdraft fees. But Tiffany Williams said they would work out a payment plan with the bank. Court documents stated that the couple never contacted the bank despite being called multiple times.
Authorities arrested and charged the couple with felony theft. They were later released on a $25,000 bail.
