The victim, who has decided not to identify herself told KTVT that she pulled into the parking lot at the corner of Elm and Crowdus Streets, and had blocked in another driver. The man who’s been identified as Austin Shuffield got out and confronted her, holding a gun by his side.

The woman said she pulled out her phone to call 911, but the man in the video can be seen slapping it out of her hand. She then pushes him back, but Shuffield goes into rage and begins repeatedly punching her in the face at least five times.

Dallas police said Shuffield, a bartender at Deep Ellum’s High and Tight Barbershop has been fired from his job and charged with aggravated assault, public intoxication and interfering with a 911 call. He has since been released on $2,000 bond.
