As it was previously reported earlier this month, a backup dancer filed a lawsuit against CB, claiming she got injured two years ago while on the set of his music video.

The backup dancer named Danielle Griffin claims in legal docs that she was hired in September of 2017 to perform in “High End” featuring Future and Young Thug; which was shooting in Downtown L.A. During the shoot, a wardrobe and makeup artist poured fake liquid blood on her head without eye protection and told her it was safe. Griffin claims it wasn’t and the “dangerous” liquid caused direct injuries to both of her eyes. In photos recently obtained by TMZ shows her injuries she allegedly got while on set.

According to Arshia Mardasi, Griffin’s attorney, the dancer had to go to 3 different hospitals in 24 hours to treat her eye injuries. Mardasi says it took months to recover, which caused her to drop out of her master’s degree program and miss several job opportunities.

Griffin stated in court documents that she’s seeking damages to cover medical bills and loss of wages to the tune of $25K.
