The “Harry Potter” star had some harsh words for Tom Brady nearly a week before he faces off in the Super Bowl.
When asked which team he would be supporting in the 2019 Super Bowl, Radcliffe told Variety “Rams” in less than a second. When the room became quiet, he explained himself.
“The whole world is rooting against the Patriots … sorry.”
Although he seemed quite frustrated at the Patriots, he still doesn’t think Brady should retire but rather “stop winning things.”
“Take that MAGA hat out of your locker! I feel like that was the moment when as a country we were all like, ‘Come on, dude! You’re awesome…Don’t put that in here,'” Radcliffe chuckled. “So [I’m rooting for the] Rams. I don’t know if they’re going to win but I want them to.”

Brady did a televised interview back in 2015 that revealed he keeps a “Make America Great Again” hat in his locker. Brady and the President have made their friendship known as they have reportedly played golf together. Trump even congratulated Brady in a tweet in 2015.
Congratulations to Tom Brady on yet another great victory- Tom is my friend and a total winner!

Even as friends, the two still have their disagreements. Trump said that kneeling during the national anthem was unpatriotic and Brady did not agree.
“I certainly disagree with what he said. I thought it was just divisive. Like I said, I just want to support my teammates”, he said in an interview.
