A Texas daycare worker is fired after leaving a note in a child’s lunchbox informing his mother that she needs to put him on a diet.
The Daily Mail reports Francesca Eadson’s five-year-old son was a student at the Rocking Horse Day Care in Kingwood. She sent a note in his lunchbox asking the staff to ‘Please tell _______ that his mommy loves him so much and I’m thinking about him.’ The note was returned in the lunchbox and had a message underneath saying ‘No! Put him on a diet and go away!’
In response to the shocking message, Eadson posted a photo on the note online where it went viral. On her Facebook page, Eadson explained that her son is a picky eater and has been trying to introduce him to healthier foods while expressing her concerns with the daycare.

She had a meeting with the director and expressed that immediate action should be taken based on the note’s content.
‘I was assured that it was being investigated and handled, yet almost no remorse was shown. I also brought to their attention the fact that on his teachers public Facebook page there were mass posts regarding drug use and other very inappropriate content.’

The employee who wrote the note is no longer working for the facility and Eadson has removed her son from the program.
‘Monitor your daycares closely and stay away from this facility, they do NOT deserve the privilege of teaching our children.’
