Demi Lovato Cancels Another UK Show Following Vocal Cord Issues.
Things are not looking up for Demi Lovato, who just had to cancel another UK tour date, due to issues with her vocal cords.
Demi had to bail on a Birmingham, UK, show after just recently canceling a London show over the weekend because of her swollen vocal cords.
“I’m literally gutted that I have to postpone this next show in Birmingham.. I’ve never had to miss shows due to my vocal chords or being sick in my LIFE,” the “Tell Me You Love Me” singer tweeted Monday.
The Birmingham tour stop was scheduled for Tuesday. Lovato, 25, has also shown signs of cabin fever on top of being sick.
“This seriously sucks.. haven’t left my hotel room in 2 days now. Sick, bored and bummed out,” she added.
On Sunday, Lovato was too sick to perform at the O2 Arena in London, writing on Instagram that she was “very, very sick and with swollen vocal cords … If I go on tonight and injure my vocal cords any more I could potentially have to cancel the rest of the tour.”
Demi has rescheduled her London show for June 25 and the Birmingham concert for June 29.
