The pop singer’s 5,500 square foot home was taken off the market on November 30th where it was marked for $9,495,000 in September before its reduction. The house is now up for rent but is still demanding a pretty penny! Comprised of 4 beds and 6 baths, the new asking price is $39,500 per month.

According to the listing, renters get to enjoy a chef’s kitchen with high-end appliances topped with marble counters, an upper level with a bar, media room and a “huge sky lounge terrace where one can soak in the tranquil views while still being minutes from the excitement of the Sunset Strip.”

Lovato had first purchased the home in 2016 but it is being reported that she wants nothing to do with it after her overdose took place there. But all seems to be good and well because Demi attended a live-in rehab facility and came back to Los Angeles! Lovato publicly spoke out since the highly publicized scare when she voted in the November midterm elections.

“I am so grateful to be home in time to vote”, she assured her fans.

Sources close to the “Sober” songstress told The Blast she no longer wants to live in the home for fear of revisiting the almost fatal incident.

Newlyweds Justin and Hailey Bieber were prospective buyers of the home when it first went up for sale before they said: “I do”. They later went another direction.
