Real Estate Developers Are Bringing Marijuana Mansions To Los Angeles Valued At $30-40M
While California legalized the recreational use of marijuana in January, dispensaries and harvesters everywhere have taken advantage and now real estate developers want in.
Additionally, TMZ reports that one high-end developer, Ray Nosrati of Huntington Estate Properties, is building five marijuana mansions in Bel-Air and Westside, that’ll include a cannabis conservatory (aka a cigar room for stoners).
Furthermore, each individual home is currently advertised to active and retired athletes who require anti-inflammatory medicine daily; which explains why the homes are selling at the hefty price of $30-40 million.
Also included, are dedicated harvesters, who’ll work for 2 years cultivating, watering, fertilizing and harvesting crops and/or vegetables using organic hydroponics.
